MedCenter Pharmacy has been serving the communities of Laredo, Rio Bravo and El Cenizo since 1996. We firmly believe that being a local Laredo pharmacy means providing healthcare services to our patients that are customized to meet their need. At our pharmacy, you're treated like family.
Meet Our Staff
Luis Martínez Jr R.Ph.
Luis Martínez Jr R.Ph. Graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy in 1987. A lifelong Laredoan he began his professional career at Mercy Hospital as a staff pharmacist. He also worked part time at Rodriguez Pharmacy. During his time at Rodriguez Pharmacy he realized how much of an impact he could have on the patients of the community. In September of 1996 he decided to open MedCenter Pharmacy to give more personalized care to the surrounding communities of Laredo.
Karla M Garza Pharm.D.
Dr Karla Maria Garza graduated with a Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Texas at Austin in 2010. Her pharmacy experience spans two decades and is committed to serving the community of Laredo.

Judy G Alexander R.Ph.
Judy G. Alexander graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy in May 1978. She has been serving the community as a pharmacist for 42 years.

Lamar Paredes R.Ph.
Lamar Paredes graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy in 1988. She has been serving the community as a pharmacist for 32 years.

Dr. Anthony Brew
Dr. Anthony Brew graduated with a Doctorate of Pharmacy from Howard University College of Pharmacy in 2000. During his 20 years as a pharmacist he has worked in Tennessee, Ohio and moved to Texas 2005. He relocated to Laredo in June 2007 and became part of the MedCenter Pharmacy staff in November 2012.
